Beautiful property in a pine forest; amazing stuff that makes you feel welcomed
Things were breaking down all the time (we came at the end of season): the fridge didn’t work when we arrived, then the light at the entrance, then we didn’t have electricity for a half day. The smell in one of the bathroom was so awful that we couldn’t use it, and it wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Good location and very friendly staff. Food was good with a variety of restaurants to choice from.
The pool closed to early. It would have been better stay if the pool had stayed open until 8pm.

Really beautiful and well-maintained park between the hotel and the beach, with pine trees and flowers. Turkish food and vegetables in the restaurant, clean sea water, stunning views of mountains.
Beach towels service. Beach towels are the size a little bigger than a handkerchief, worn out and not enough to cover you sun bed. Beach towel cards policy does not really function and create tension, they close for lunch and stop accepting wet towels (and giving back towel cards) at 5 PM already, many people are still on the beach.
SPA - no towels for guests. You have to walk all the way back to the pool (about 300 m) to get a towel (but they stop service at 5 PM)... No water or tea offered in the SPA - small things that spoil overall good impression.
Last but not least - no one made a move to help us with our luggage when we were leaving. Cannot call that good hospitality.

The landscape was pretty with the mountains rising straight behind the hotel
The sea was warm and very clean
The staff were very friendly
The food was great
We asked to move the room and our request was satisfied (for extra fee)
The air conditioning in the room was almost nonexistent
Noise levels in the evening were very high- from the hotels next door and our own hotel
Coffee machines were constantly breaking up in the main restaurant- need to change them out
Levels or cleanliness around the hotel are below average, old dirty carpets are seen throughout the floors
Hotel requires renovation
