Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence - Ultra All Inclusive

Food was very good!

For 5 people it was one toilet, very uncomfortable! For one week did not change bed and did not wash the floor.

We spent almost two weeks at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence as a family, and we are leaving with genuinely wonderful memories. The resort itself is beautiful, with an incredible variety of facilities, restaurants and activities, but what truly made the difference for us was the people. Their kindness, responsiveness and genuine willingness to help were remarkable throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they listened, followed up personally and did their best to find a solution. Even on our final day, they continued looking for ways to make our departure more comfortable. That level of care is something we will remember.

The quality of the hairdressing service and its pricing are definitely areas the hotel should reconsider. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the standard we experienced elsewhere in the resort, and in our opinion, the quality simply did not justify the prices charged.

Es hat mit Qualität vom Esswaren allgemein verschlechtert, vor 2 Jahren war sehr gut Die Steinen beim Strand sind sehr störend, ich denke es könnte die reinen bereinigt werden
