Great personnel, perfect massage, tasty food in the main restaurant, comfortable sunbeds. Padel courts are great, but it would be even better if trees above them were trimmed as the ball hits the branches. Great experience with ai assistance through whatsapp. Nice simple gym, a curtain in front of the treadmill would be nice to shade from the sun. Nice territory, there is space to take a walk in the evening. Good quality alcohol although cocktails were mixed differently each time. Our room had a great sea view and was clean and neat. Everything was clean and nice, great coffee in the cafe.

The biggest disadvantage of all was the lighting in the main restaurant. It is too bright and too cold, felt like we were eating in a cheap eatery every day, no ambience and relaxation. It was also not nice that we had to get the cocktails from the bar ourselves (but this is fine). The AI generated music during breakfast outside and near the pool was horrible, made me wanna leave, please don’t use it. The pools were not heated, even the inside pool was cold. Spa zone is mediocre (excluding massage which was great). Room service was good, but the quality of bedding is subpar, felt like the duvets were synthetic and thus too hot and uncomfortable even with AC running on the coldest setting. The practice of the guest relations to call from different whatsapp numbers after 20:00 was also questionable, I prefer messaging when it is not urgent. The kids club was underwhelming, one of the crafts required using a box opener which was dangerous even for an adult. But overall my son enjoyed it, though I have seen better. I would prefer to also have a water play zone for small kids, there was none unfortunately. We also lacked changing rooms on the pier, there are two close by on the beach but they were busy all the time.

Game Center (awful, musty smell - as if the was flooded and dried in the dark) Main restaurant (food court) air circulation terrible - you do smell whatever being served on your dress (if that was the purpose, I don’t know) You literally can’t find empty sunbeds around pools or beach after 9am, wake up at dawn and be prepared for olympic style contest or forget pools :) Why SPA is closed after 7:30pm - needs careful consideration I guess…

High-quality, clean and friendly service

Spacious room, good internal area, several pools.

I was there in the beginning of the season, but door in wardrobe was broken, mirror in bathroom also. Room cleaning really on low level. Food also is not tasty and not fresh. Canteen is crowded and staff seems unfriendly. This is not 5star level hotel, it is 3-4 stars max for high price.
