Service, food, being close to the sea (we never use the pool)
The sunning deck has some wood that are dangerously broken and needs some treatment. The ladders that used to go in and out from the sea are all aluminum or some kind of shiny metal are very slippery and needs to be covered with something that will prevent slipping.

They upgraded our room to a villa upon check-in. This a very nice gesture from the reception staff as we had plenty of space and privacy.
The slotted shading on kids' pool (shown in property pictures) was removed. Our two years old would have appreciated some shading to make his pool experience more enjoyable.

Spacious room, good internal area, several pools.
I was there in the beginning of the season, but door in wardrobe was broken, mirror in bathroom also.
Room cleaning really on low level. Food also is not tasty and not fresh. Canteen is crowded and staff seems unfriendly.
This is not 5star level hotel, it is 3-4 stars max for high price.
