NG Phaselis Bay

Beautiful location , very quiet room, beachfront location

No rules on sunbeds, as we had quite young children we like to be close to the pool, all the goods ones were taken first thing often by just a rolled up towel and often were not occupied until the afternoon.

Excellent customer service , as soon as you reach customer service representative is assigned and she takes care about every small needs of you thought out your stay .

Was an amazing holiday! I loved every detailed of the hotel, who loves nice designed luxury, hotel with an amazing view and see, on top an amazing service quality thats for you!

Its very wierd but there is notting to complain about NG Phasalis Bay.

It is a very modern hotel with beautiful facilities, especially the gym and adult pool. The food quality wasn’t overwhelming but it was good. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

For the price you pay, the standard of the hotel was absolutely too low. It is overcrowded, loud, and the main restaurant is messy and feels more like cafeteria than a 5 star hotel. There are multiple restaurants that seem to be more quiet and high end, yet there’s an extra cost of 35-50€ per person (which we weren’t willing to pay as the hotel itself was already very expensive). The food you get within “all inclusive” is very limited and repetitive and room service as well as food by the pool costs extra as well. All main facilities such as the infinity pool and the two beaches were full of kids, so the only place we could somewhat relax was at the adult pool.
