The staff have been friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The entire property has been very clean, and the food has consistently been delicious. Since its recent renovation, the hotel feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I also enjoyed the excellent amenities and distinctive venues, including the chocolate atelier, patisserie, beer garden, and Aloha cocktail bar.
Some common areas are not always clean, particularly during busy periods. Staff should monitor these areas more frequently and take prompt action to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness. High-traffic spaces typically require regular checks, spot cleaning, and more frequent attention during peak hours.

Mirage Park Resort is an amazing place. I’m planning to revisit. I was there second time already. Location is one of the best. Facilities very good. What’s also very important it has a certified gluten feee kitchen, so celiacs can eat safely. For me this is the main reason why we choose this resort.
This place suits well for a family vacation! We call it our happy place for summer!
There were some technical issues, but the stiff fixed it soon. This could be managed before we entered the room.
