We got upgraded to a better suite with two bathrooms, which really helped as we were a family of five. We loved the pool, water slides and direct access to the beach. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are the highlight of this hotel, very attentive, kind and always there to help. This is our second stay at Crystal Flora and we loved it just as much as the last time.

Always something to do. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Beautiful views. The spa was an amazing experience.
I would like more vegetarian options in the al a carte restaurants.

* Spacious and comfortable family room.
* Appreciated the late checkout provided by the hotel.
* Furniture in the room felt a bit old.
* Housekeeping could be improved.
* Upper-view rooms do not have elevators, which can be challenging for families with children or elderly guests.
* The resort felt more like a good 4-star property rather than a luxury 5-star resort.
* The kids club was small and offered limited activities, especially for younger children.
