Our stay at Crystal Flora Pearl Collection was exceptional from start to finish. We came for a family reunion, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our holiday. They noticed it was a special and emotional occasion for our family and surprised us with thoughtful little gifts. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the team completely surprised me with a birthday cake and a lovely gift. It was totally unexpected and the perfect finishing touch to a memorable celebration. The food was excellent, everything was impeccably clean, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, my father broke his arm during our stay, and the hotel team responded immediately, arranging emergency assistance and ensuring he received prompt medical care. In a very stressful situation, they remained calm, efficient, and incredibly supportive, making our whole family feel safe and well looked after. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere every day. Thank you to everyone at Crystal Flora Pearl Collection for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You helped make our family holiday truly unforgettable, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Ibrahim Ersek was excellent. He was very informative, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel also surprised my husband for his birthday by decorating our room and providing a cake and a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration extra special. The staff, food, beach, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to others.

The only downside was that the pools closed at 8:00 pm. If we went into town in the evening and returned later, we couldn’t enjoy another swim. It would have been much better if the pools stayed open until at least 10:00 pm, especially during the summer.

* Furniture in the room felt a bit old. * Housekeeping could be improved. * Upper-view rooms do not have elevators, which can be challenging for families with children or elderly guests. * The resort felt more like a good 4-star property rather than a luxury 5-star resort. * The kids club was small and offered limited activities, especially for younger children.
