Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop.

Nice modern facility within walki g distance to Tiergarten etc. I would recommend this place with confidence ... staff were not only friendly but very helpful.
