Great location, close to public transit and restaurants and grocery shops. Walking distance from Charlottenburg Palace. The property has a name board and reception office. Good instructions, and helpful staff; was able to communicate on my queries, get my invoice, etc. Basic utensils, and a fridge; useful for those who need to stay for a bit and prep basic meals at home.
In summer it gets very hot, and without air conditioning its hard. Even sleeping at night was tough. Rooms are not well insulated, so sound and heat easily come in. You can hear people in the stairway and outdoors as well.

Close to metro and supermarket. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful, effective staff
Electricity blew out and I had to move units. The shower was very uncomfortable with a poorly positioned spigot and a drain that got clogged . Elevator not working

Budget. Good value for money. Heating was good. Hot water did work well.
The room had a bad smell, we had to open the window constantly. A pair of shorts disappeared while we weren’t at the property.
