The room had everything you needed small and cozy and location was brilliant 😊

The walls were super thin the neighbours at flat 7 kept us up most of the nights with shouting and the TV right untill 4.30am so we came home exhausted. The WiFi was non existent and the TV signal was terrible.

Lovely little studio, so close to the town centre which was perfect! The studio had everything we needed! Wish we booked extra nights! Claire was absolutely lovely and very helpful also- Thanks Claire!

My stay in withensea studio apartment.

The location was spot on ..I was on the sofa bed, which I must say was very comfortable. My grandson had the single and slept well.shout out to Claire, made us very welcome...I forgot to empty the fridge, which I send my apologies.. would definitely stay again🙂

needed a bed side lamp as bed at one end of room and light switch opporsite and the walls were thin and heard next door alot especially at night when sleeping

Convenient and good value

Location and off street parking was great. Sofa bed very comfy and the property was clean and tidy.

The single bed in the main bedroom was a little hard and uncomfortable. You can hear some noise from neighbours early evening but it wasn’t late at night so that was a blessing.

Relaxing stay in lovely studio apartment in Withernsea

It was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and responsive. My friend had the single bed and I had the sofa bed. The soda bed was super easy to pull down and make every night. Kitchen facilities were great, made a couple of meals in the kitchen. It’s easy walking distance to the shops and amenities and only a short stroll to the beach. They were very welcoming towards me bringing my 2 dogs and the host gave them a big fuss when she met them, which was lovely. There is a heater wall mounted to each of the 3 rooms which kept the place lovely and toasty. My friend had a cold on our last 2 days so keeping the place warm was important, and those heaters worked a charm. The shower was very powerful and very hot water, so had a lovely shower twice a day. Would recommend anyone to stay who fancies a trip to the seaside.

There are only a couple of very tiny criticisms.The towels are quite small. We were flashing each other when walking between shower and bedroom 😅 no bottom sheet for the sofa bed, just a mattress protector - would have liked a bottom sheet, but again, very tiny critique. Also the duvet for the sofa bed was lovely and thick but the duvet for the single bed was an extra thin summer duvet, so would be nice for that to be as thick as the one for the sofa bed. Other than that, I honestly can’t fault the place. These tiny gripes are the only reason I have given this place a 9 instead of a 10.

Super location for war memorial at Rimswell

Clean. Everything worked. Best of all Claire next door to reassure and explain. Without her would have been anxious and frankly a bit lost.

It is very small. Perfect for a solo traveller.
