Lovely, well furnished. Exceptional service and communication

Thr apartment was lovely, very clean, very well looked after. There were lots of supplies, and we really appreciated that there was tea, coffee, sugar etc already provided. Towels, linen etc were provided. Communication was exceptional between all parties. There was an issue with power, but agents were immediately responsive, and offered full rectifying unprompted, we're very grateful. Apartment is a great size, much larger than I expected and so well kept. Would absolutely recommend and would absolutely book again next time.

Good value for a short stay, all the basics there.

It was a good location, all the basic facilities were there for a 2 night break and everything worked. It was nice and quiet. Good value for money as about 50% of what many accommodations cost.

The mattress on the main bed was very bad, we have mentioned to the owner who will look into, the sofa bed was more comfortable. There is a smell of stale smoke which I believe is due to neighbours smoking just by the living room window as opposed to to the flat itself. Need your own shower gel which is fair enough for the price.

The location is fabulous and for the price well worth it

2 pull out beds that weren't able to be used so sleeping on the sofa not the best night's sleep. Other than that it was great! Claire was fab

Love the fact there's a washing machine, which means packing less on longer stays. Like the new furniture which has been added.

Lovely place to stay

Had everything we needed great having a washing machine as we'd already spent 4 days in Hull. We could have done with an airer to help with drying but managed.
