Modern comfortable space. Geared up for warmer months

Exceptionally clean and good location.

If you stay (as we did in the winter months) it needs a couple of throws on the couch & bed to make it more homely and snuggly. The apartment is more geared up to summer months in the way it’s furnished Plus could do with a mat both inside & outside the main door. It was heavy rain whilst we were there and no where to wipe your feet.

Es fehlt die Atmosphäre im Innen- und Außenbereich.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern. Küche, Badezimmer und auch das Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel. Es ist alles gut durchdacht. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen separaten Außenbereich um Wäsche zu trocknen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Strand und die Promenade kann man in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Haus liegt in einer Urbanisation - sehr nah zum Strand. Leider hatten wir im November eine sehr regnerische Phase erwischt und der Weg zum Strand war eher unwirtlich. Das Haus ist - wie alle Häuser dort mit einer Mauer umgeben - aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Uns hat die Gemütlichkeit bzw die Atmosphäre gefehlt. Vielleicht wäre es schon hilfreich die kaltweißen Leuchtmittel durch warmweiße Leuchtmittel zu ersetzen. Wir haben abends nur die Außenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet und uns ein paar Kerzen für den Tisch gekauft. Es gibt eine schöne Sitzgarnitur im Außenbereich - die Kissen waren allerdings bei einer kurzen Sonnenphase nicht nutzbar, da vollkommen durchnässt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr pur. Eine Bougainvillea oder ein paar andere rankende Pflanzen würden die sehr sterile Atmosphäre verbessern.

10/10 on a passé un magnifique séjour à San Pedro et ce un peu grâce à cet appartement

Le professionnalisme de l'hôte, la proximité avec la plage, l'appartement est bien agencé et ne manque de rien .. machine à laver, fer à repasser, cuisine bien équipée.. L'accès privé et la très grande terrasse on se sent vraiment comme dans une maison individuelle. J'oubliais .. et aucun problème de parking
