Loved it! Would highly recommend.
On top of the world! The most beautiful views. The rooms were very nice. The food was very good. The owner Lydia was the nicest and so much fun! You can take the lift down into the town. Hiking trails all around. A mountain roller coaster within walking distance. We were there in September. If you want a place that’s away from it all this is it!
The drive up the forest road is a trek. It’s a narrow road barely wider than a car. Once we were up we didn’t drive back down until we left.

Exceptional
Great location near the cable car and close to fantastic hiking trails further up the mountain. Excellent hospitality from the host Lydia, definitely a place I would recommend to others and one that I would gladly go back to!

Waren für eine Nacht, Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Zimmer wirken sehr neu und es fehlt an nichts. Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wirtin ist sehr nett und kann gut mit den Gästen umgehen

Top Hüttenurlaub.
Die liebenswürdige wie professionelle Gastgeberin Lydia. Das gesamte Team angeführt von Kathi. Und der Koch, der sogar auf Wunsch einmal fantastisch Indisch für uns gekocht hat - nur ein Beispiel, dass die Belegschaft alles tut um die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Wir haben wunderschöne Wanderungen zu schönen Hütten gemacht. Auch hierzu hat Lydia mit geduldigen Infos beim Frühstück beigetragen. Und wenn ein Mückenstich nervt, hilft die selbstgemachte Arnikatinktur. Wir haben eine Woche im Juli auf der Furlhütte verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Fantastisch
Die Hütte liegt alleine in knapp 2000 m Höhe am Roßkopf. Wenn um 17:00 Uhr die Seilbahn schließt, hat man die Bergwelt für sich und kann die Stille ( außer Kuhglockengeläute ) genießen. Die Atmosphäre mit der Gastwirtin ist familiär gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und ein Superbadezimmer, das man auf einer Hütte nicht erwartet. Außer einem guten Frühstück konnte man abends ein immer leckeres Menue genießen. Das Rosskopf Wandergebiet hat verschiedenste Touren - vom Rentner bis zum Bergfex. Tip für Autofahrer : Wenn man vorher auf der Hütte Bescheid gibt, kann von der Wirtin bei den Caribinieri das Kennzeichen durchgegeben werden und man darf über einen abenteuerlichen Weg bis zur Hütte hochfahren. ( nix für tiefergelegte Strassenrenner )
