Great place usually give a 10/10 rating but due to the shower not working is the only reason it is lower than usual.

Stayed here a few times great location amazing host who gave us late checkout, always quick to reply and tries to be as helpful as she can be.

The shower was not working this is the first time this has happened and I reported it to the host. Hopefully be fixed next time we stay.

All in all we had a good stay and would stay again.

Security was good. Host was friendly and responded quickly. Location was perfect for our needs. Accommodation was quiet at night.

Lack of information on heating and especially hot water (we found the boiler when it was too late). The bathroom needs some work...atleast painting and sealant around the bath. A bathmat would be nice. Lots of used toiletries and bath sponge. The kitchen sink drain needs cleaning....very smelly. One of the mugs had lipstick on it! Just needs some updating and freshening

Very nice flat but communication was poor.

Pleasant little flat. It had all the facilities as described but we were there just for a few hours, as we left by 8.20am next morning to attend a family wedding. Very convenient location for us, as we wanted be the Thurmaston area.

After arriving at the property I was then told to drive in peak time to another part of the city to pick up the keys. By the time we got back we had wasted 1 hour. The key lock box didn't work for some reason and when I tried calling/texting, there was no answer. I had to attend a wedding for 8.50am, so had to leave. I then had to come back to drop the keys, which took me an hour. so a lot time and petrol wasted getting the keys and dropping them off. The heater in the bathroom wasn't working.

Ok, place to stay. Value for money and good location.

Good bits. We stayed in flat 3B. 1. It was value for money. 2. The location was perfect for us. 3. Communication was great from the host. 4. Conveniently close to shops for if you need any essential you may have forgotten. 5. Good layout overall.

It was ok. Few things that need sorting to make it a great place to stay. 1. Initially, as you walk in, we face a damp, musky smell. Need an extractor to remove smells, for example, cooking/steam from the shower. 2. It was cold when you walked in and took us a while to figure out the heating before we got the place warm. Popping the heating on when guests are expected would give them a warm welcome or having some instructions on putting the heating on could help. 3. The bedding smelled foisty because of the damp in the air and felt damp, too. This could be solved with a little bit of heating and ventilation. 4. Outside light was on and off all night, which kept me away as the light was coming through the top of the curtain pole. Nothing was activating it as I got up to check quite a few times. This need looking at. 5. The bed was overly firm and I felt like I was laying on a wooden plank. This is something a thick mattress topper can sort out. Please take this feedback as constructive remarks. I think the host has a good place, but it can be great if the above is sorted.

Great hideaway

I liked how I was greated by staff member with the keys . The security to the flat is brilliant and very secure.shops all local as the flat is above them .

I had to get use to electric cooker as never used one but not a problem.

Really happy with my stay and great value for money.

The flat was pretty accessible and had a fridge, washing machine, and plenty of space for my belongings. Bedroom was super cosy and clean. It's very close to the country park and Sainsbury's, which was all I needed anyways! Bus stops were only a couple blocks away from the front of the property. Overall the value for money was great.

There were some small specks of mold on the front door, bedroom was fine and very clean though. There was some noise from the takeaway next door and the other flat up to about 2am.
