The location was great, the view from balcony was awesome and it was close to the center, the apartment itself was nice, in the kitchen only the kettle and coffee works, there was nothing else in the kitchen but it was okay since we were out all the time, it was great for 4 people.

Nothing except the owner insisting and messaging us to pay the taxes before the check in which was uncomfortable and not great to deal with, but it was fine since we payed and made the transaction when we arrived and we didn’t have to deal with it.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Très propre .Emplacement à proximité directe des transports et commerces. Proche quartier espagnol très typique. Renato est très attentif et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Juste à noter que les déplacements seraient difficiles avec une poussette ou bien pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

El apartamento está un poco desaprovechado pero es amplio, limpio y está reformado de hace poco. La ubicación es bastante buena. La comunicación fue buena, nos atendieron bien y siempre estaban disponibles.

La mitad de las cosas no servían. La cocina no se podía usar, tampoco el toallero del baño. El Wifi, muy lento y en ciertas partes de la casa no funcionaba. Tampoco iban los radiadores y para combatir el frío la unica opción fue encender el aire acondicionado, teniendo calor los de la habitación para que los de fuera no pasaran tanto frío. Lo peor sin duda fue el último trato. El checkout era a las 10:00 teniendo que dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento. Sin embargo a las 9:45 vinieron a recoger las llaves y segun entendimos, nos dijeron que o nos ibamos en 10 minutos o llamaban a la policía. Un auténtico despropósito.
