Very dirty ,, hair on the bed sheets .. garbage bags No lights .. had to go to Tesco to buy lights Toilet doors dont close Broken chair. They dont reply even if you called 100 times They will Never repay your Deposit .. Im waiting for 1 month they didn’t even replied once . Booking . Com was helpless.. And raised a complaint.. insisting to remove this rubbish from the website. And Finally Im going to Court to get my money back. We had to call several times and email before we could get the £500 holding deposit paid to get access to the property. The key was just left under the doormat. The worst thing is 14 days on from checkout, there was nothing wrong with the property when we left. The agent has not yet refunded the deposit. I have made several efforts to call and message, but no response. I gave my ID and all information required to the agent. Now it's an issue to get my funds back

Nothing property booked had drain issues finally offered another property which was a flat above a shop miles away from city centre and disgusting we all ended up travelling home want a refund

I didn't like a single thing!

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with a run down, scary looking part of the city. A fee people with balaclava's cycled past, there were police cars driving past and the house was absolutely NOT a mansion! It was just a normal house and the house right next to it was completely empty and abandoned. Immediately I had that sinking feeling in my stomach and started wondering if we'd been scammed. Then I called the number for the host from my mobile. It was mobile number and the name came up as "Industry Approved Tints". Nothing related to a housing business. Also very odd. A guy called Luke answered the phone and told me I hadn't paid the £500 security deposit and that he wouldn't tell us the PIN to get into the house until I'd paid that. Now one thing to note here is that I booked this last minute and in a rush, so I didn't read the email from booking.com informing me I had to pay this £500 deposit, so that was my fault, however its very unusual to have to pay £500 (which was more than it cost to stay there). A £100 deposit is normal, £500 is not! Again, feeling like this was all a scam - the scary area, the abandoned house next door, the weird company on the mobile number, I was not prepared to pay this. I called booking.com to inform them what was happening and they couldn't help at all. So my 8 year old daughter, who was desperate for a wee considering we'd just driven for 2hours to get there, and I then had to leave. My daughter was so upset as she'd been so excited about this trip. Just a huge disappointment all round. And they refuse to give us our money back. So £350 down the drain for absolutely nothing and a disappointed, upset daughter on top. I would never, ever stay here!

The house was definitely big every bedroom was a king room, fast internet and the kitchen is well stocked, we will definitely be returning.

The beds are huge and comfortable. The rooms are very big, the house had a lot of bathrooms which made it easy to get ready in the morning.

The house was far bigger than expected it takes away from it being cozy. There was no wood for the fireplace.

The house was huge, lots of bathrooms lots of toilets and the balcony was a nice addition, the big smart TV’s are also a bonus and I enjoyed playing Pool with my team.

Big house very stylish, most of the beds are king size beds it was lovey playing pool, and enjoying the home cinema system.

The host is helpful, the property location was really nice and central, the house if very big and spacious, The host was able to help us with bringing candles for a cake last minute.

The latest check out they could give us was only 1pm our train for for 3pm

Absolute dive. Looks like Beirut from outside, dirty nappies, burnt out prams outside the property, wouldn't let a pig stay. We arrived at the property and we weren't even able to stay (THANK THE LORD!!) because a previous guest had blocked her toilet with dirty nappies. The owner has not paid us back and booking.com are refusing to refund. HES A CON ARTIST DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THIS SH*t hole!!!
