Everyone at this location were incredibly helpful! We went the wrong way with our luggage and the hotel staff couldn’t do enough to help us get to check in and help with luggage. Such a fantastic location a 30 second walk to the Main Street in Taormina!

Hotel Metropole is an institution in Taormina and it is a really fantastic location - Villa Conrad is about 200 metres away but you use all the Hotel Metropole facilities. I loved the big rooms in Villa Conrad and the great tucked away private location. The rooms were amazing with everythign you could need - i also used the laundry service which was fantastic. THe pool at Hotel Metropole is spectacular and so is the breakfast - truly a feast and brilliant staff. The whole experience was extremely luxurious and worth it.

Serviço péssimo de entrega e levantamento do carro. Preço de 50 euros por noite de estacionamento e mesmo avisando de véspera o horário pretendido para o dia seguinte o carro nunca estava disponível na hora certa. Esperámos 1,5 horas num dia - perdemos o jantar com amigos - e 30 minutos no último dia para sairmos em direção ao aeroporto em que as malas não apareciam.
