Nothing sophisticated about this place .AVOID!!!

This property is nothing like advertised. Its above a chippy, has holes in the walls. Bathroom has a pinned to the wall sign saying water becomes scalding within a few seconds be careful. Some sort of bug crawling around the skirting with expanding foam sprayed into holes between floor and walls to stop something getting in. Dirty walls and door frames, bits missing in kitchen ie cover panels. Dirty carpets leading into flat. We arrived at 10pm a family of 4 and were shocked to see such a poor quality apartment. We had booked a 3 night stay but had to book into a nearby hotel as wouldn't have my wife and 2 daughters staying there. Contacted the property and they said to send photos and video and they would refund the money but in reality gave me the run a round then refused. How can these places think it's ok to charge inflated prices for substandard accommodation?? Only allows to upload 4 photos if anyone wants to get in contact ill send you a video.

Perfect and outstanding Accommodation for Family

The apartment is conveniently located near the train station. The rooms were spacious, with clean and well-maintained beds. The facility was fully equipped with all the required electronics, and the cleanliness was excellent. The apartment size and lighting were both great. If I return to Manchester, I am 100% sure I will stay in this apartment again. It is an excellent choice for a family stay. I truly loved it.

The location

Felt harrased to leave on check out Toilet did not flush properly. Plunger next to the toilet so they are obviously aware of this. Bathroom maintenance done cheaply 1 heater in the lounge did not work. No dish cloths in the kitchen Airport cutlery Blinds in the bedroom didnt work Seemed very basic

fine location, but overall not worth it

got locked out for 3 hours on an evening because the lock box broke and kept our keys locked in. The person on the phone refused to help us until wed been outside for 3 hours - she just kept hanging up and saying she was trying to sort it but couldn't. There was apparently no easy access spare key and no one who could help us in the local area. When I said about an hour into the ordeal so are we meant to sleep outside then she just laughed at me. It began at 7pm in a rainy Manchester and we got into the house at 10pm that day, it was a horrible experience.

Dirty

Near the groceries. The beds were comfy.

The apartment was dirty. Communication with an AI robot. You will be asked for £100 deposit to get the check in instructions. Forks, knifs and dishes were dirty. The smell from the fridge. No extra towels. The bottle of hand wash was empty.

NOT STYLISH OR SOPHISTICATED Unable to access property on time. Stated we would arrive just after 3pm but they refused to give us access code until 5.30 because they said our deposit had not gone through even though it had left my account hours earlier No parking anywhere near. 30 minute stay at the co op so we have had to park a 20 minute walk away. Stain on sheets - bottom sheet blood on duvet cover , pillows without cases on - looks like it had not been washed or changed Nail clippings on window sill above sink Used vape under double bed Sweet wrappers under single bed Old food / nut shells under seater Lots of dust and hairballs under all beds , black hairs Bathroom a disgrace - dirty toilet seat with splashes of urine on and under seat- not cleaned. Cleaning cupboard door has no latch so does not close and full of dirty towels and cleaning products Dirt, dust and old food down side of kitchen cupboards Part of cooker door missing Stains on the blinds, dining chairs and walls Toilet kept blocking Plug sockets on main tv wall not cut out well- health and safety issue Back of tv unit hanging off Peeling on dining table Washing machine full of dirty towels Tumble dryer was on when we arrived and is placed in the main bedroom- full of bedding Hot water taps produce scolding hot water within seconds , in both the bathroom and kitchen - my daughters hand was burned - no signs up - health and safety issue. Beds very uncomfortable People upstairs- you can hear everything Their washing machine was on and our flat was vibrating - lamp shade was shaking ! The stop lats on the fire door between the kitchen and hallway which has just been pinned but it should be glued and screwed this is fire hazard. If the stop lat is not in place then fire can spread easily -same on bedroom doors No mirror in bathroom Only One mirror in hallway for everyone to use ( apparently sleeps 9)

The only good thing was plenty of toilet roll !!

Spotlessly clean, good location. Definitely needs more mirrors and shower tray replaced. Overall I would stay again.

Kitchen/living area spacious and spotlessly clean.

Bathroom very small and no mirror! No mirror in either of the bedrooms and I’ve seen this mentioned before. Only one mirror in the whole apartment and it’s in the extremely narrow hallway. Very steep stairs up to apartment, definitely would not suit anyone with mobility issues. This apartment would definitely not sleep 9 comfortably - there was 4 in my group and we used all of the beds!

Good stay for family&group of friends

It's a really good stay if you are with family or friends. There are 2 double beds in 1 room, 1 double 1 single in the other room and a sofa in the living/kitchen. The location is good, there is a little pocket loading park just in the front and then you can park free on the street in the night. Walking distance to the attractions and food in Chorlton. Easy connection to the city centre and the airport. The check-in and out are easy if you are good with reading the information and following.

I didn't feel super comfortable with putting another £100 deposit after the booking from booking.com. But it was fine as they reversed it after 2 days. Little bit of noise from the upstairs, but that makes sense as it's an old 2br terraced flat.

Nice apartment, cozy

Apartment was cozy and nice. Clean. Organized. Steps away from supermarket and near to bus and train station. Owners were very precise and attentious.

The entrance was very tight, difficult to bring up big luggage, in between a Fish & chips and a office. The parking is public on a street nearby. Had trouble to find place. Tv has no public signal although good internet speed. Oh. No mirrror in toilet. Drying machine inside a bedroom.

Great price, clean, well equipped flat in convenient location

Clean, well equipped, spacious place.

The bedding was very plasticy (polyester) so was hot and uncomfortable, but it's to be expected at the budget price. The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear the upstairs flat very loudly, the washing machine upstairs made the whole bedroom shake.

Good location but not the most comfortable stay

Good location, next to a tram station. Modern design

They ask for a 100 deposit when there's nothing valuable in the flat. They won't give you the keys earlier than the check in time unless you pay them. We arrived with a baby after a long drive 15 minutes early while we had informed them before and we couldn't get in. The electric heaters were not working. When I asked about it they sent me a picture of the kitchen water heater and then I didn't have more time to spend on this. Heating never worked. Also, I sleep with earplugs and I could still hear people walking upstairs. Not the most comfortable stay!

Nært dagligvarebutikk, parkeringsplasser og ikke minst Tramen inn til byen. Stille og rolig, rommene var skjermet for trafikken på utsiden.
