Posizione, pulizia e arredamento.
Bisognerebbe adottare alcuni accorgimenti per renderla più adatta a brevi soggiorni, ad esempio mettere un bagnoschiuma e uno shampoo in bagno. Un altro aspetto da non sottovalutare è la privacy degli ospiti: il soggiorno molto bello e luminoso non ha tende e praticamente tutto il cortile interno affaccia dentro l’appartamento. Bisognerebbe anche specificare in maniera più chiara che l’appartamento si trova a un piano alto di un palazzo senza ascensore.

The location and aircondition. New kitchen.
Not as the pictures shown on booking.com No pillows, so couldnt use sunbeds or loungers. Owner didnt see any problem with that. Outside area worn down. Too expensive
