It’s was the perfect little spot, packed with essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s was a fairly quiet area, with local shops and Lidl only within a 12minute walk away. The metro within 10mins away. The property never failed to provide hot water and super fast internet.

When we first arrived we realised it felt like coming into your cosy little home very clean smelt lovely and everything that you needed it was great to have a washing machine and somewhere to be able to cook the bed was comfortable and overall we found it to be our private little paradise And with the Metro 13 and 14 it was so easy to get around Paris without a problem and the town is so easy to walk around for shopping for food and restaurants and bars we totally loved it

Die Lage zum Stade de France ist unschlagbar. Gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus (Yespark), hier haben wir unser Auto sicher abstellen können und waren in knapp 20 Minuten im Stadion. So spart man sich den großen Stau im Großstadtverkehr! Busanbindung und Metro Station in der Nähe (3-5 Minuten zu Fuß, man kommt überall hin)

Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung, ein paar Verdunklungsrollos im Bad und Wohnzimmer wären sicher hilfreich :). Außerdem ist die Haustür unten immer auf, das hat uns dazu bewegt die Wohnungstür immer von innen abzuschließen.

The location is the main advantage of this property, as it is close to the metro and makes it easy to get around Paris. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was disappointing. The bed is small and uncomfortable, and the pillows are not comfortable either, which affected the quality of our sleep. The shower cubicle is extremely small, even for a petite person. For taller or larger guests, taking a shower becomes a very unpleasant experience. The washing machine did not work properly because the spin cycle was not functioning. As a result, our clothes remained soaking wet and did not dry in time. There was also no toilet paper provided when we arrived, so we had to buy our own. In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom shower area was not properly cleaned, and there were hairs and dirt around the kitchen sink. Overall, the excellent location does not make up for the lack of comfort, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
