Stylish Apartment on the Lungarno in Florence

Nos gustó el apartamento, muy cómodo, limpio, cálido y bien de decorado.Eramos 3 y contar con 2 baños y dos estancias diferenciadas como dormitorio es un lujo. Inmejorable ubicación. Amabilidad de la anfitriona y su interés durante nuestra estancia. Espero siga disponible la próxima vez que visitemos Florencia.

Siamo stati molto bene, mi è piaciuta in particolare la posizione centrale. L'appartamento era pulito e abbastanza confortevole

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una copertina in più da mettere sul letto.

Fantastic location - super accessible for all major attractions in Florence. Only took about 20 mins to walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Apartment was very clean and the bathrooms were a good size with decent water pressure.

Little things such as no chopping board or tea towel in the kitchen or only one toilet roll left per bathroom. The hosts - when I messaged to check the apartment number the immediate response was 'have you not watched the video' rather than just giving the information immediately - I had to explain that the videos weren't working at that moment! The second bed was not made on arrival and when I queried where the bed linen was the response was 'you did not ask for separate beds' to which I replied 'we have a 2 bed apartment for 2 people...'!!!! Providing bed linen that first night was not an option. Fortunately I found a duvet cover so I made a makeshift bed up!

La despersonalización y el anonimato extremo del anfitrión. Que nadie nos recibiera y explicara el funcionamiento del apartamento. (artefactos eléctricos, cerradura electrónica, etc.)
