The location was excellent with shops very close to hand. Also, it was very convenient to the métros Jaurès and Bolivar
Everything was well appointed. The air-conditioning worked but perhaps needs servicing.

Petit appartement bien équipé, aménagé avec beaucoup de soin et goût, situé à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro. Le parc des Buttes-Chaumont et le Canal Saint-Martin sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Pendant la canicule, la climatisation, si rare à Paris, a été un véritable atout, presque salvatrice.

L’emplacement et le calme de la rue
Les placards hauts de la cuisine inaccessibles quand on fait moins d’1,70 m 😉 et l’écoulement très lent de l’évacuation de la douche.
