You can reach essential sites such as: The Louvre, the Palais Garnier or Notre-Dame de Paris in less than 30 minutes. Bath/bed linen, coffee, tea included.

Tastefully furnished, this lovely 40m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed to lounge and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer/dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, clean towels and complimentary toiletries (including shampoo, soap)
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The flat also has a free cot and a free booster seat.

Located near the Bolivar (line 7bis) and Jaurès (lines 2, 5 and 7bis) metro stations, the area benefits from excellent public transport connections. You will also be a stone's throw from numerous bus lines and Vélib' stations, ideal for getting around easily throughout Paris.
One of the most beautiful parks in the capital, the Buttes-Chaumont, is a few minutes' walk away. This emblematic place is perfect for nature lovers, jogging, or simply to enjoy a peaceful stroll with a breathtaking view of Paris from its belvedere.
Rue Secrétan and its surroundings are full of local shops, cozy cafés, and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. You will also find the Secrétan Market, a renovated historic place, where you can do your shopping in a friendly and modern atmosphere.

- We can provide you with a baby bed on request and free of charge
- For an arrival on the same day (i.e. if you reserve the apartment on the day of your arrival), the apartment can be cleaned until 7 p.m. instead of the usual 3 p.m
