It is a lively area with shops and supermarkets close by, as well as some excellent restaurants. The apartment is unusually quiet for Paris. Well equipped and fairly spacious. GuestReady responded immediately to any queries.
The buffet bar-type table and stools were adequate for the two of us but hardly suitable for a larger group. Some of the furnishings show signs of wear.

There was dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets.
The soap and toiletries were very limited for my 4 night stay. And it wasn't refilled.
The garbage bin at the downstairs was very very smelly making the entire corridor smelling bad.
