we struggled to find the property despite google maps and Waze- we called the host who sent us a picture to try and help us but it wasn't really that useful. We did eventually find it- it was more the fact that there was no water one whole day and when we asked the host she said she'd find out and never got back to us! The basic things like oil and salt and pepper were even missing. Having stayed at many other self-catering places- these basics are provided.

A few more basics in the kitchen considering it's so far away from any supermarket and your closest bet is a petrol station at least 7 minutes drive away. We even re-filled toilet roll ourselves which is outrageous ( on/ or off peak!). Had to do without water on the first day. There is always a welcome pack and when I mentioned it to the host ( considering again how remote this place is ) she just said it's self catering. Thats bad customer service from any perspective. you should be able to take constructive feedback.
