The apartment was lovely and modern, but also cozy. We felt right at home! We would stay here again.
It had nearly everything you could need and was very well kitted out. We had no problems cooking food as all utensils/pans/cutlery/dishes/etc were there.
We loved the shower, kitchen, and bedroom. One of the better apartments we have stayed in.
Apartment is in a great location and we could walk everywhere.
The electricity went out twice. First time we were sat in darkness for 45 minutes messaging the company managing the apartment. We eventually got the electricity back on, and knew what to do when it happened again.
There was not enough toilet paper. The provided rolls were very thin and got used qucikly.
It would have been great if they provided a tea towel or something to dry stuff with.

L'emplacement, près du port ,du vieux Nice,de la gare Riquier. Appartement calme, bien équipé.Très réactif par message,les explications sont claires,je recommande.

It was nice that it was fully equipped with a kitchen however of course people who stayed previously had to leave some dishes dirty or the rack inside the oven. The flat was warm and comfortable considering i visited in winter. The location was pretty good because its closeby train and tram stations, supermarkets and even some attractions like the harbour and the hill nearby.
The biggest downside is picking up the keys from the office since you have to walk about 20 minutes from one to another and its quite a difficult walk especially if there is luggage.
It would be better if they installed some apps on the tvs so people can log into Spotify or apps like that since it requested an LG account when i wanted to install.

Gute Lage, ruhig, gut ausgeleuchtet. Bett bequem
Beim gleichzeitigen einschalten von Backofen, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle fiel der Strom aus. Um den Hauptschalter zu finden mussten wir Kontakt mit der Vermietung aufnehmen. Er befindet sich neben dem Kasten, versteckt vom Bügelbrett.
