Sehr netter Gastgeber, war auch spontan bereit, die Wohnung früher zur Verfügung zu stellen, da wir aufgrund eines Zugausfalls früher anreisen mussten. Ausstattung ist soweit in Ordnung. .
Allerdings würde ich davon abraten, die Wohnung für 3 Personen zu buchen, denn die Nacht auf dem umgeklappten Sessel war sehr unbequem. Dagegen lag man auf dem umgeklappten Sofa gut. Von daher bis zu 2 Personen (die sich gut verstehen, weil sie eng nebeneinander liegen) empfehlenswert

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful park, which was a great place to walk and relax. It is also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to access restaurants and local attractions. Parking is available nearby, with longer-term parking (up to 8 hours) available inside the park during the daytime.
The main drawback is that the hotel is located under a flight path, so airplanes pass overhead approximately every 10–15 minutes. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, but light sleepers or guests sensitive to noise should be aware of this before booking. Additionally, street parking nearby is paid parking and is generally limited to 2–4 hours.

The reception and arrangement was great. The apartment fully equipped, clean tidy.
The bed was not the most comfortable.
