Well appointed

The requirement to put a large deposit through a separate website was very unpleasant. I would not have booked here if I had know they use another agent for this. This is exactly what we are told to avoid with the risk of scamers getting into booking accounts

Totally disappointed to say the least..................

I knew it was a studio apartment but it was soo small it was unbelievable, there was only one chair and a little stool to sit on otherwise you had to sit on the bed. I actually sat at the bottom of the bed and fell off as the bed did not have slating at the very bottom. There was no air conditioning and it was sweltering so much so that we had to sleep with the fan on all night which is not ideal as I could not sleep with the noise and my eyes were sore and dry .

C’est très bien situé dans Rennes.

J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à rentrer dans l’immeuble je pense que le système qui est censé ouvrir le portail ne fonctionne pas. Il y a aussi du moisi dans la salle de bain et je n’ai pas pu utiliser la tv car il n’y avait pas de piles dans les télécommandes.

Mon séjour a été passé à merveille

Appartement nickel, j’ai des trucs à l’accueil le petit flèche vous avez un Ventilo quand il fait trop chaud vous avez un petit jardin magnifique, je le recommande les yeux fermés en espérant revenir pour faire un autre séjour. Cordialement.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour professionnel

Le logement est bien, la petite courette privée, très agréable, le quartier est plutôt calme malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée.

Je n'ai pas pu regarder la télé, peut-être ai-je mal utilisé les télécommandes, mais avec internet j'ai pu faire ce que je voulais donc ce n'est pas grave, peut-être un petit quelque chose pour poser le savon ou le gel douche. Je recommande. Réponse à mes questions très rapide, explication du mode de départ, très professionnel.

Moisissures au niveau du plafond de la salle de bain. Manque de rangements et globalement, manque de confort. Rapport qualité prix très insuffisant.

Le store qui n est pas assez occultant..la lumière passe par les côtés..et les voisins bruyants qui font du bruit en pleine nuit dans les escaliers.ou parlent très fort au téléphone toute la nuit!

Le chauffe-eau qui goutte notamment la nuit. La lumière du boîtier situé côté cuisine qui se met à clignoter la nuit. L’arrivée en autonomie.

la propreté du lieu et la literie excellente .

la douche se bouchait extrêmement vite et l’eau coulait sur le carrelage . le dressing est minuscule et tte peu de place pour les rangements , sauf 2 tiroirs sous le lit .

Le studio est bien aménagé.Il est à proximité de mon lieu de stage.

J'étais seule.Etant mal entendante j'ai toujours peur de ne pas entendre le téléphone sonner. C'est à moi de prévoir le petit déjeuner. Le bémol est le café soluble mis à disposition (dans la bouteille en vert le fond était collé par l'humidité)

Logement super équipé et agréable.

Le logement est totalement équipé, on ne manque de rien. Même un ventilateur, très utile pendant la période de votre chaleur, merci ! Bonne boulangerie en bas de l'appartement. Proximité avec l'arrêt de bus (dont j'avais besoin donc parfait)

L'accueil expéditif et pas très agréable au moment de la remise des clefs. (mais c'est pas l'essentiel) Pour accéder au logement, il faut traverser une cour avec de la végétation... qui n'a pas été coupé depuis longtemps donc j'ai du mettre les mains en avant pour éviter les coups de feuilles.
