Haus Kerstin is located in a quiet yet central area in Elmenhorst near Warnemünde, right on the outskirts of the popular Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde and in close proximity to the Warnemünde Golf Course.

We rent out lovingly furnished double rooms, family rooms, vacation apartments, vacation homes, and mobile homes. Our accommodations are located both in Warnemünde and in Elmenhorst near Warnemünde and offer the ideal setting for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

Many of our accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and feature a private terrace. Each property comes with at least one free parking space right next to the accommodation. Some accommodations are also located on enclosed or fenced-in lots and are therefore particularly suitable for guests with dogs or for vacationers who value privacy.

You can reach the Warnemünde beach promenade in just a few minutes by bike. Numerous biking and hiking trails along the coast, idyllic landscapes, and the impressive view of the Baltic Sea ensure unforgettable vacation moments.

Dog owners are warmly welcome here. Dog-friendly beaches are located in Warnemünde, Diedrichshagen, and Elmenhorst and are easily accessible.

The Hanseatic city of Rostock is only about 10 km away. Thanks to excellent public transportation connections, you can easily explore the region even without a car.

Our accommodations are the ideal starting point for beach vacations, bike tours, golf, horseback riding, and numerous other recreational activities. The nearby Warnemünde golf course offers excellent conditions for golfers, while horseback riding enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the local riding stables.
