Fantastic stay. Can't recommend enough!

My parents had the most fantastic and relaxing stay at Schloss Wichmannsdorf and are already talking about returning next year. They were welcomed very warmly on arrival. The apartment was incredibly spacious and private. Other guests had brought their lovely dogs along, this location with the vast grounds just seems perfect for it and we might consider bringing our dog along next year.

Wer Abgeschiedenheit liebt , bitte schön

Die ruhige Lage, wenn man wirklich entspannen möchte . Die große Wohnung war auch echt top. Mit 2 Toiletten.

Das man kein wirklichen Ansprechpartner hatte , war etwas doof . Bei Fragen wäre man aufgeschmissen gewesen Bei Abreise sollte man anrufen , die Dame meinte sie wäre gleich da. 40 min später war immernoch keiner da , wir sind dann los Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig . Den Garten konnte man auch nicht wirklich nutzen, da man viele Stellen nicht betreten durfte oder es privat ist .

!!! Absage der Vermieterin während der Anreise !!!

Gebucht am 22.04. für 19.06.-22.06., erneut bestätigt 27.05., Hinweise zur Anreise 18.06. Während Anreisefahrt erhielten wir einen Anruf der Vermieterin, dass wir nicht anreisen können. Die Wohnung sei aufgrund von Handwerkern nicht bezugsfrei. Sie habe vergessen, uns dies am Vortag mitzuteilen. Wir waren bereits unterwegs und ein Abbruch der Reise kam nicht in Frage. Der Übernahme der Mehrkosten für eine alternative Buchung stimmte die Vermieterin ausdrücklich zu. Während der gesamten Fahrt war ich damit beschäftigt, eine angemessene (Preis/Komfort/Lage) Unterkunft zu finden + 20-minütige Zeit in der Warteschleife der Hotline Booking Berlin, denen keine Meldung seitens der Vermieterin vorlag. Der Gesundheitszustand meines Mannes verschlechterte sich aufgrund der Stresssituation dermaßen, dass wir gezwungen waren, adhoc eine Unterkunft zu buchen, die eigentlich nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Das Hotel empfing uns sehr freundlich und kam uns bei der Wahl des Zimmers noch sehr entgegen. Trotz Zusage der Vermieterin warten wir noch heute auf die Erstattung des Differenzbetrages (373,00 €) zur Buchung. An dem Wochenende war ein Festival in Kühlungsborn und die Unterkünfte entsprechend ausgebucht. Ergänzend muss ich erwähnen, dass ich die Vermieterin am 27.05. kontaktiert hatte, da sie die von mir bereits gebuchte Wohnung für denselben Zeitraum als frei buchbar bei Booking für einen weitaus höheren Preis als von mir gebucht, erneut angeboten hat. Einen Buchungsfehler schloss sie aus und begründete dies damit, dass sie zwei FeWo hat. Da ich das Objekt aus vergangenen Aufenthalten sehr gut kenne, die Bilder jedoch genau diese Wohnung darstellten, fragte ich nochmals nach, ob meine Buchung gesichert ist. Sie bestätigte dies im Chatverlauf bei Booking. Übrigens sind ähnliche Erfahrungen bei anderen Bewertungsportalen lesbar. :o

Zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr schön. Kühlungsborn ist nur einige km entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Es bestand leider keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen.

Das Schloss ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung war geräumig. Der Ärger mit der Bettwäsche war unangenehm,

Ausstattung und Größe des Appartements waren sehr ansprechend

Bettwäsche und Handtücher fehlten, das wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert, Aufpreis von 50 € Heizung lief im Wohnbereich nicht.

Zum zweiten Mal dagewesen ... FeWo + Garten sehr schön ...sehr gern wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles sehr sauber. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar. Die nahe Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig. Am Fenster haben Vögel genistet. Es war schön, zu sehen, wie sie sich bis zum Verlassen des Nestes entwickelt haben.

Leider wurden wir morgens 5 Tage lang (danach war Wochenende) vom Rasenmäher geweckt. Diese zum Objekt gehörende sehr schöne riesige Rasenfläche mit einem Handrasenmäher zu mähen, mag Kondition für den Mäher geben, für Gäste ist es leider eher störend, wenn man im Urlaub mal länger als 8.00 Uhr schlafen möchte.
