HB Country House on a Farm in Ostseeland - 4-room country house with a barbecue terrace

A rustic country house located in the former threshing floor of the farm and the former farm shop, set on a 3,500 m² property with a garden, pastures, and a stable in the Ostseeland region, not far from the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik. The former barn and separate wing of the house now serve as a vacation home for up to 9 people, featuring a private entrance, a 21-square-meter barbecue terrace, and a 50-square-meter orchard with a small children’s playground right next to the house. West-facing with wonderful evening sun and sweeping views across the pastures toward the sunset. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, washing machine, 3 TVs, 3 parking spaces right next to the house. Bike racks at the house. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they get along with our farm animals.

Farm Location
Boldenshagen—a typical Mecklenburg linear village south of the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (9 km) and Kühlungsborn (11 km). The Hanseatic cities of Wismar (36 km) and Rostock (30 km). The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde (28 km). The spa town of Bad Doberan (13 km).
Animals on the farm
Horses, cows, pigs, sheep, donkeys, dogs, cats, geese, ducks, chickens, and rabbits live on this small, part-time farm. Fresh Mecklenburg farm products from the garden, livestock, and on-farm slaughter. 



Baltic Sea Beach
9 km and a 10-minute drive away are the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, featuring wide white sandy beaches, piers, beach promenades, restaurants, and cafés. The swimming beaches stretch for several kilometers and also include nude sections. A country trail starts right at the house, winding through fields and woods—ideal for bike rides, including to the Baltic Sea (9 km), or for hiking and Nordic walking tours.

Occasional events in the village, a horseback riding center 1 km away, and a country trail for hiking and biking in the Baltic Sea region.
