Cosy 3 bedroom House on a fully fenced section.
Situated near Lake Dunstan and Old Cromwell. 4 minutes walk to the lake and 8 minutes walk to the Cromwell Golf Course. Close to 4 ski fields, 40mins drive to Wanaka and 50 mins drive to Queenstown. Also great bike trails and lake activities.
The space:
Quiet neighbourhood, not suitable for loud music or parties.
The Cottage is 90sqm on an easy care 250sqm section. There are three bedrooms, two queen beds, and one single.
The house is suitable for up to 4 people.

Used as a base for my work and some small group training, the cottage was ideal. Location was good and the host was responsive to questions asked. I did not explore beyond the cottage as time was poor. A lovely touch was the heatpump being on when I arrived- everything was cosy. The only change I would make would be to take a wheat bag with me next time. And there will be a next time

Great location, nice modern warm home. Good AC, good bathrooms. Kitchen has everything needed. Quiet street. Really nice being able to walk to old Cromwell and walkways.

A super comfortable, well located rental in a lovely NZ town. Lovely open living space, well equipped kitchen, big fridge freezer, good spacious shower room with added bonus of separate second!Washing line out back and side patio which caught the sun just right. Good communication and easy checkin
