Location very quiet, residential not a holiday park, need a car to get around to visit everywhere
Accommodation nicely decorated, colour co-orderdinated, spacious,, all facilities you need
Toilet seat loose in en-suite, also shower too small in en-suite, leaking water when you try to have a shower, no slip mat in shower little mirror hung on wall cracked on one side in en-suite, outside area loads of cobwebs on decking and surrroundings Old barbecue rusty. Needs to be removed overall instead of having a bath in bathroom make it a big shower room

Lot of happy family memories created here. Amazing lodge, decent value for money
Fantastic lodge with everything a family needed. Veranda with lovely views out to the sunset, clean, relaxing living space, 3 sizable bedrooms with clean comfy beds and fresh linen,dishwasher and all pans, plates, and kitchen wear included, powerful shower and separate bath, decent hoover. Great location short drive to willacombe beach, comms from owner

The space was clean, all rooms were spacious. 2 bathrooms. Close to the main beach.
The main shower had just a bathtub no shower head. We had to use only 1 bathroom. WiFi details were not provided by the owner at the start.

Great cabin in a quiet location
We had a wonderful stay at this quiet park. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The presentation was very homely. We had a great time away.
The beds weren't the most comfortable but they were fine for four nights. The value for money with this cabin was great so it's not a complaint. Everything else was exactly what we needed.

Cosy and clean!
Clean, spacious and absolutely as described (if not better), good communication before our visit with clear directions and an early/late check-in/out option, great facilities even down to dish washing tablets, washing up liquid, salt and pepper etc provided. Lovely lodge, cleaning lady on morning of check out was very friendly when we chatted with her. Real homely feel, kids absolutely loved it and how cosy it felt. Really nice stay and will come back again when we next visit North Devon.

Quiet getaway with a big deck and a homely feel
Great location couple of miles outside of Ilfracombe - very quiet and so happy we choose this location over being in town which was noisy and not as relaxing. The unit was so much bigger than we expected, it feels like you are in a house, it was very tastefully decorated too! Great base to explore other area, added bonus was a little shop on site with a very tasty coffee machine and they do hot breakfast takeaways made fresh.
