Nice spacious apartment, modern. Comfortable bed and lounge. Nice kitchen. Coffee and tea supplied which was nice. Communication with host was excellent, easy check in. Easy to walk to from main train station and old town. Approximately 1km.

We found in very cold. The heaters aren’t sufficient in the lounge room or bedroom. No towel heater in the bathroom. The floor is tiles so very cold. There is no PowerPoints or reading lights next to the beds.

Apparement très bien situé, sur cour et au calme. 2 pièces très agréables pour notre séjour de 8 jours. Tout le confort dont la machine à laver le linge permettant d'alleger les bagages.

Un film dépoli pourrait être mis en oeuvre sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain pour ressentir un peu plus d'intimité. La cage d'escalier est un peu bruyante quand des gens parlent

neuf, très propre, literie confortable, assez central, pas besoin de clés, salle de bain non partagée. Réservation d'excursions par l’hôte (bien pratique). Superbe marché de légumes à 5 mn (Stary Kleparz)

pas de verrou intérieur (la porte est effectivement fermée mais quelqu'un avec le code peut rentrer), vis à vis proche, manquent un épluche légume +un tabouret (pour ouvrir fermer la fenêtre haute salle de bain), odeur parfois désagréable dans la douche (courant dans les rénovations). Le N° de l'appartement n'est pas indiqué en bas de l'escalier, mais c'est bien là.

The housekeeping is acceptable. The apartment is close to the center, about 1 km away (about a 10-minute walk). Access to the building is acceptable, but please note that there is no elevator. The apartment is relatively quiet - while we were staying there, every morning at 7:00 a.m. we were woken up by a man who was renovating or painting the neighboring apartment. The kitchen is relatively well equipped - it needs some cutlery and cooking utensils. There are two shops 100-200 meters from the building where you can buy food (Zabka and a small market). The street is quiet and access to the apartment staircase is through an inner courtyard, so it is extremely quiet.

The apartment is very cold in winter. In the living room, above the bedroom door, there is a vent that lets in cold air, and the room feels like 18-19 degrees inside, which is uncomfortable. There is a radiator in the bathroom, but it is insufficient There is no privacy film on the window, and the neighbors can see you in the bathroom after you get out of the shower. The bathroom is very cold! The bed sheet in the bedroom has stains, as do the towels; there are also not enough towels (2 towels for 2 people). The kitchen furniture needs some work (the kitchen countertop is cracked from water, the cabinet doors open on their own). The washing machine is very noisy. (the whole floor vibrates when it spins the laundry). The internet is decent (1-5 MB/s). We contacted the owner about the cold in the house, but nothing was done about it. The apartment's central heating is very noisy. The above issues didn't bother us that much, but THE COLD IS THE WORST PART! Coming in from the cold outside and sitting in a cold house is the worst part. Only the bedroom with the door closed was a little warm.
