Lokalizacja mieszkania oraz korzystna cena jak na droga konkurencję w Krakowie działają na plus. Na potrzeby służbowych delegacji jest w porządku, o ile ktoś lubi klimat starego kamienicznego mieszkania. Stosunkowo blisko Dworca PKP/GK, "szybkiego" tramwaju i Rynku Głównego.
Stan mieszkania oceniam na średni, dużo rozpadających się elementów wyposażenia, nieszczelne okna i drzwi oraz chaotyczny i minimalny wystrój. Przy podłączeniu wielu sprzętów korek zabezpieczający wyłącza się i trzeba uruchamiać go na klatce (drabina w szafie)
