Чудове розташування - 20хв від вокзалу і від старого міста. Красивий зручний номер, є пралка, праска, сушарка і балкон.
з мінусів - на підлозі стирчав металевий плінтус за який постійно чіплялась, і на кухні було б також непогано мати олію коли вже є сковорідка :) Все решта супер

Дуже класна локація. В пішій доступності від центру, гарне транспортне сполучення. Поряд є жабка і карефур експрес. Недалеко бедронка. Апартаменти мають все необхідне для життя і приготування їжі. І навіть пральну машину, що дуже зручно з дітьми. Досить просторі з чудовим видом на внутрішній дворик.
Апартаменти потребують ремонту. На стінах багато слідів від попередніх відвідувачів. Диван зламаний: сидіти і використовувути його майже неможливо. Ліжко тверде й скрипуче. Телевізор не працює. Ролета на одному з вікон відсутня. І це проблема якщо ви потребуєте приватності. Також приміщення має неприємний запах.
