Blue Moon Main Square Apartment

Cozy and quiet. Beautifully located.

The shower is in a depressing state of disrepair.

The location is great, 5 min walk from the old town. I liked how quiet it was (the wooden stairs outside the property amake noise, however, since this apartment is on top floor, noise levels are minimal). I liked the view from the apartment and the way the apartment is furnished and decorated.

Maybe having more blinders in the living room could help stop the loghts of the dawn come in the living room in. The head of the shower was leaking and the water pressure was low, which was not ideal and requires repairing.

Kontakt telefoniczny z panią z obsługi był tragiczny. Stałem przed budynkiem na mrozie i prosiłem o kod do bramy, byłem zmęczony i tłumaczyłem, że nie mogę go znaleźć w korespondencji, a pani z obsługi uparcie twierdziła, że wyśle go ponownie mailem, zamiast po prostu mi go podać. Dopiero po trzecim telefonie uzyskałem to, o co prosiłem. Empatii i zrozumienia z jej strony nie było żadnego – zamiast tego jedynie korporacyjna uprzejmość. Miałem wrażenie, że nie rozmawiam z człowiekiem, tylko z botem. Po takim początku mogło być już tylko lepiej.

Ok. Cisza i spokój.

Mimo próśb o 2 łóżka dostałyśmy 1 komplet pościeli, w tym tylko 1 prześcieradło i 1 kołdra. Żelazko było popsute i lała się z niego woda. W szafie była kałuża. Dodatkowo zostawiłam na krześle kurtkę. Wiem, moja wina ale na moje prośby o odesłanie jest cisza.
