The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are cleaned everyday. Their restaurant has really good food. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who welcomed me, he was wearing glasses and braces. I forgot his name but his service really stood out. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, the staff is also very helpful. As someone who's visiting Kazakstan for the first time, this hotel is exactly what I needed, somewhere clean and comfortable for me to relax after a whole day of touring. Special thanks to Baldaulet for his help.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so there's no elevator.

The hotel’s location is very good, and that was one of the main positives of my stay. The gentleman at reception was helpful and kindly showed me the room before completing the check-in. Since there is no lift, I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, but the reception staff was kind enough to assist me with it.

The rooms and bathrooms are very small and congested, and the wardrobe could not be fully opened due to its position next to the bed. Housekeeping in my first room was fine, but the second room was poorly maintained. Coffee mugs were left unwashed, water was not replenished after the first two days, and the room felt dusty. There is also no intercom to contact reception, and no lift that you have to climb up and down the stairs whenever you need assistance. Renovation work was also taking place during my stay, and the construction noise made it very difficult to rest or take a short nap during the day.
