Mosh Mosh Boutique Hotel

Great location, the staff is also very helpful. As someone who's visiting Kazakstan for the first time, this hotel is exactly what I needed, somewhere clean and comfortable for me to relax after a whole day of touring. Special thanks to Baldaulet for his help.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so there's no elevator.

Микроскопические комнаты. Ужасные матрасы и подушки.

Расположение удобное, чисто.

Завтрак поздно на мой взгляд 7:30, оценить не удалось, нужно было выезжать в аэропорт. Так же о завтраке его времени и расположении заранее персонал не сообщил, считаю минусом сервиса. В номере есть чайник и вода но нет рядом с чайником розетки и хотя бы пары пакетиков чая, как обычно это бывает в сопровождении номера. Мини бар (платный) был и был полный.

Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast and Good Potential

We stayed at this hotel for several days. Despite some inconveniences during our stay due to ongoing construction, there are definitely positive aspects worth highlighting. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the restaurant is really great. At the same time, we experienced some issues with the rooms (ventilation, hot water, construction noise), but we understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation. As hotel owners ourselves, we know how challenging such situations can be. This review is meant as constructive feedback rather than criticism. We wish the hotel all the best with the renovation and continued success.
