Very comfortable & functional. Great value for money on every level.

The location is within walking distance to key amenities like a mall, grocers, the metro & 24/7 eateries. The street/road itself is a really busy intersection so driving or using a taxi there can be a minor inconvenience.

Located centrally within walkable distances to the nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and spotless. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.

Only one bottle of water was provided free of cost every day.

Closed to Mall and Center area.

I was disappointed for staff at receptionist and reserevation staff. I booked and on request to set up Extra Bed in room 728 (Family Room) on Jun 2025 via Booking.com application and the hotel replying and acknowledged. But when I came to check in no set up yet, the receptionist staff said the reservation staff missing report to them. It is not my fault, but hotel staff is not professional handled. Some receptionists did not take care and urgently fix it, but just standing and dont get back feedback for us. I tried to request contact the manager on that date but the staff said he does not here but I saw him at hotel and came to complaint above information. Until I was checking out no any staff got back and solved this issue.
