    Had a wonderful stay at Grand Voyage Hotel in Almaty. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying—excellent value for money overall.

    The hotel was clean n nice.Walking to the city centre was possible but took us almost 45 mins.The receptionist namely Gulzar was friendly and helpful .

    The hotel room is decent. The breakfast is just ok. The staff at the reception were great. However the same cannot be said of the restaurant at the breakfast room, especially the lady near the coffee machine. She was borderline rude in the way she spoke.
