Perfect place for a family vacation! The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially with our kids. Great location and excellent service. We had a lovely experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Certainly the worst experience we have had in our experience of stayed and travelled to ~15 countries
1. They gave us check-in at 2pm when the stipulated time was 1230pm. Besides, the receptionist told us to NOT the bathroom as it was non-functional and would be repaired in the evening. He later offered another room in another building but no help to move the luggage.
2. They DONT provide remote control to manage AC temperature. So you have to call them to come and adjust temperature. RIDICULOUS! Isn't it.
3. On asking for blankets, there was no response for an hour and they later said that they had NO blankets to offer.
4. The Staff overall is extremely rude and disgusting. They are opposite of what hospitality stands for.
5. The receptionists do not care at all on what the guests request for. There is no room service. If you go to the reception and ask for basic toiletries, they make you wait forever.
All in all - DO NOT stay in this place. There are many better options in Almaty city. This is the worst option you could opt for, to ruin your holiday!
