The location is quite good. But the quality of housekeeping is poor. We stayed 5 nights and our room was barely cleaned. The carpet smelt moldy. Lighting in the room was too dim and the shower head was wobbly. We used the shower in the pool area.
The jacuzzi and sauna were good.
We had requested a room on a higher floor, but they gave us one on the 2nd floor. There was a strong smell of paint and since I'm allergic I asked for it to be changed, so we were moved to the 3rd floor.
For future reference would really appreciate it if a request made on Agoda is taken up as a responsibility by Agoda.
