    Hotel locate in close to city centre around by many park and a just minute walk to convenient store , the room comfortable with amenity and clean , the restaurant just basic not much fancy not much variety of food and staff a bit leak of service only 1 staff on duty during my breakfast time , the breakfast stay at 07.00 am but the buffer line is not ready . Staff at the front desk very nice and friendly , very helpful , specially Arailym and Shynggs they are outstanding service ,

    Mr Junior and Mr Stephen speak English and Russian : very helpful and great people. Breakfast was good. Rooms have been renovated. Hotel centrally located.
