Great location, near to all the big attractions

Good staff, forgot a small bag, they contacted us straight away, so we could get it back. 🙏

Breakfast ran out and they did not refill it. So very limited.

Second stay. This time we got a good room at 8th floor, view to the mountains. The problems with flushing we had in the previous stay were not present in the room. I noticed that the staff were smiling this time.

There were two blackouts during this stay, but of course it's not within hotel's responsibility. Anyway, lifts were working during blackouts too. I would suggest to add tags at stored baggage, it increases the safety feeling.

Nice buildding, good location

1. When we walked into the room , it was 25-27 deg C. A/C didn't work. The floor staf told that there is a mainrtenance on the roof and A/C is temporary down. Front desk, however, told us the the service was disconnected for the season - even outside temperatures were in mid-to-high 20th C. Open window suggested by the staff wa out of question because of traffic noise. We ended up putting a fan in the room and switchinbg the room to less sunny side. We asked for some consessions for that major inconvenience but never received any response from hotel management. 2. Every small request from the front desk was not met; it looked like hotel management created unfriendly rules that the staff had hard time to enforce (A/C issue, no second key to the room, axxess for taxi and Yandex Go). 3. One morning we had early depatrute for the one-day trour and couldn't have breakfast during their working hours. We asked for breakfast boxes - something that is provided by most hotels - but our request was rejected. Oveall, big disappointment. We'll never stay here again and would not rtecommend to anybody who value service.
