Place is well situated (5 min walk to the river, about 25 min to the city center) and relatively spacious. A few restaurants and zhabka (small convenience) shops around, but nothing too fancy. Cleanliness and comfort were ok-ish.

The apartment is on a second floor without lift. The doors of the bedroom don't close properly and everything could be heard from one room to another. Balcony was miniature - barely fit one person. Zero bathroom amenities and 1 roll of tolet paper for the a week-long stay. Worst part is that we requested a mere 1 hour late check out (12pm instead of 11am) when we arrived, they told us "it's way too early to do so, please ask later". We asked the day before leaving, still claimed "it's too early to ask, ask us again at 6pm". Then when we asked, it was already too late. Well, sorry that we didn't catch the exact planet alignment to ask in the right moment. Their excuse - "we have many apartments" (and the implicit "can't be bothered with writing down your request and following up")
