Bonne situation dans le vieux Lyon.
L'isolation phonique des fenêtres très insuffisante, surtout avec un bar en face, des volets qui ne fermaient pas Une fuite d'eau aléatoire que l'on n'a pas pu localiser ; soit le lave vaisselle qui lavait très mal , de surcroît mal fixé, soit l'évier fendu.... vaisselle insuffisante pour la mettre dans le lave vaisselle. ustensiles de cuisine déplorables dangereux pour la santé!!!! pas de ventilation pour la chambre close et la salle de bain. la conciergerie met peu de produits à disposition dont une éponge qui ne nettoie rien, pas de produits vaisselle , 2 tablettes pour le lave vaisselle; pas d'éponge dans la salle de bain pou nettoyer
