Maison spacieuse, bien équipée, idéalement située à proximité de la plage et à 15 mn à pied du centre bourg. Aucun souci de stationnement, plusieurs véhicules pouvant se garer directement sur l'emplacement. Bon accueil de la part du service de conciergerie.
Un garde-fou serait utile sur l'un des côtés de la terrasse pour éviter tout risque de chute d'un très jeune enfant. Un effort sur le ménage serait appréciable.

Sehr gut gelegen, nah am Meer und im alten Stadtkern von Carantec, sehr großzügig und viel Platz. Gut ausgestattet.
Badezimmer sehr klein und eng, zu wenig Platz für 10 Personen, oben fehlt noch eine Dusche. Garage war sehr schmutzig.

Ligging in het dorp. Ruimte rondom het huis. Het uitzicht. Goede service van de concierge J.J. Boulanger waardoor de gebreken aan het huis ons verblijf niet bedorven hebben.
Achterstallig onderhoud en defecten. Zowel aan begin als aan einde verblijf geen verwarming en warm water. Afzuigkap in keuken die niet werkt. Deel van verlichting in keuken die niet werkt. Lekkende radiator in keuken. TV zonder gebruiksinstructie. Slechte afvoer van douche en keuken.
