Our house is ideally located a stone's throw from the beach of Poulfoen in PLOUESCAT and 200 meters from the beach of Kerfissien with its summer market on Sunday mornings.
You will discover the specialties of our Brittany!
Throughout the year you will also find a tobacconist with its bread depot.
Our 150 m² house is located on an enclosed plot with its garden and parking. A heated indoor swimming pool of 8x4 meters direct and covered access to the house with its shower and toilet.
On the first floor a large living room/living room/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have shower room, 1 bathroom with shower and bath.
Upstairs, 1 mezzanine and 1 bedroom (possibility of 2 additional passengers).
Deposit of 1500€ and cleaning fee 160€.
Bed linen is provided and your beds will be made on arrival, linen is also at your disposal.
Possibility of cot and high chair on request.
Pets allowed at the price of 50€ per stay.
Many walks on the beach are done directly from the house, hikes on the GR34. Nearby water sports center, kayaking, sailing, standup paddle.... fishing on foot, cinema 5 minutes away and golf course 5 kms away.
