Do you want an authentic holiday in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Brittany coast? Ideal for holidays with family and / or friends, Villa Kelenn is a pleasant and spacious architect's house offering excellent services. Built in 2013, it is located in a very quiet and low-traffic area, just 100 meters from the sea, and in the heart of the typical village of Carantec in Brittany.
Among its many assets:
- The view of the splendid Morlaix Bay from the living rooms, the terrace, and the bedrooms (4/6); Animated bay with view of regattas and sailboats;
- A south facing terrace with sea view allowing you to enjoy the beautiful summer days;
- A privileged location 100 meters from Kelenn beach and the Nautical Base, accessible by footpath.
- The coastal path overlooking the Bay is accessible from the house for your walks and running.
- High place of shore fishing for lovers of cockles, clams, knives, shrimps, periwinkles, oysters; sea fishing.
- Forget your vehicle: The village shops are 100 meters from the house (grocery store, bakeries, butcher's shop, press, bank, florist, pastry shop, ...) everything is done on foot from the house.
