A super large house for a family get together. Whilst there are many showers/ baths, there are only two toilets. This was stated in the house description. It was not a problem for us and we would all love to stay here again. The location, within walking distance. To several beaches is fabulous. Even the small children could walk to the beach.The location was also very peaceful and the garden was enjoyed by all

The house is spacious and the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans for cooking at home. It was great to have the large garden to sit in and the location was fabulous, just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants and town of Larmor Plage

Overall a good experience. Plenty of space inside and outside. Surfaces and linens clean but kitchen utensils and cookware pretty dirty. However, kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The yard is spacious and beautiful but the grass was not cut so difficult to play games outside. Best is the location. Walking distance to town center with everything you need and several beaches. Bathrooms are old and a little tired except for one. The furnace was broken when we arrived and we didn't have hot water for 2 days with no offer of a gesture for the inconvenience. It would have been appreciated. If location and space are your priorities and you are not too fussy about cleaning cookware before use then this house is a good choice. We enjoyed the space, the garden and its flowers, the ability to bring a dog, and being able to walk everywhere.

Property is in an excellent location. Just 5 minutes walk from a bar/snacks and 10 minutes walk from a choice of restaurants. Town of Lamor Plage within strolling distance. We were a party of 6 old school friends and we therefore had a bedroom each. Very comfortable. Probably, too small for 12 adults but if children are in the party it would be fine. Beaches close by. An excellent holiday.
