About this house rental
It is a charming family holiday home, 200 m from the sea, in a quiet and residential area. It offers a view of the sea and allows you to admire superb sunsets.
Newly rented, this house is very pleasant and designed for stays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 10 travelers in a warm, bright and very comfortable setting.

- 5 bedrooms, one on the first floor with its private shower room and the other 4 are upstairs. The bedding is new and of very good quality with 4 beds of 160 X 200, 1 bed of 140 x 190 and 2 beds of 90 X 200. A bathroom completes the floor with shower and bathtub and two separate toilets on each floor. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
- a reading and relaxation area upstairs is available with books and comics
- The living room offers a magnificent sea view of the bay of St Pol and its three bell towers. There are three comfortable sofas, a TV with netfix and canal plus. Board games are also available. There is also a fireplace and wood is available. An extendable ceramic table in the dining room completes the living room.
- The fitted and equipped kitchen with induction hob, two ovens, two fridges including a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a Barista gold pod coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer.
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, tancarville, ironing board and steam generator. A vacuum cleaner is also at your disposal.
Please note, however, that parties and festive events are prohibited.
